Your journal, emotions and progress are private to you. The owner sees totals and any circle note you submit for review, never your journal entries.
You may download your journal at any time. You may ask for your account to be deleted.
Share only what you choose. Every note is read before it appears. No diagnosis, no advice to others, no selling, no promotion.
The circle is not watched in real time. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the U.S., or your local emergency number.
This work is reflective, not medical. Nothing here diagnoses or treats a condition.
Practice within your limits. Skip any pose or breath that does not feel right, and keep your own doctor in the loop.
